Описание: The 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 forms part of the essential requirements for air operation ensuring all operational, safety and security actions necessary to ensure that the aircraft is fit to carry out the intended flight are under compliance with the rules and regulations.

It is primarily a general visual inspection of the aspects of fitness of the aircraft for flight which is detailed and in accordance with the aircrafts pilot operating handbook and approved flight manual.

During this inspection the pilot will verify a number of equipment, controls and other areas of the aircraft mainly the cockpit, wings, fuselage and nose. Lights, wings, control surfaces (flaps, ailerons, rudder), tires, propeller and engine, potential leaks of fuel and oil are some of the areas covered in the inspection.

The 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 varies according to the type of aircraft but essentially cover the same components and systems.
