The 2007 Cadillac Escalade is redesigned with distinctive exterior styling and powered by a new 403-horsepower 6.2-liter all-aluminum V8 with variable valve timing combined with a new 6-speed automatic transmission with Drive Shift Control. The Escalade received a stronger frame, coil-over-shock front suspension and rack-and-pinion steering for improved ride and handling. The interior offers a luxury-car level of refinement and includes Bose 5.1 Digital Surround audio system and available navigation radio with touch-screen controls. Standard features include a power liftgate, remote starting, and side-curtain airbags while available equipment includes 22-inch chrome wheels, climate-controlled front seats, power fold-and-tumble second-row seats, power articulating running boards and IntelliBeam headlights.
