水を視覚化した建築 早稲田観音寺 Waseda Kannonji Temple: Architecture that visualizes water 設計：石山修武

Описание: 設計者、石山修武は岡山県出身。早稲田大学理工学部建築学科を卒業し、1968年同大学院の建設工学科修士課程を修了。1988年早稲田大学の教授に就任し、2014年名誉教授に昇進した。日本建築学会賞（リアス・アーク美術館）、吉田五十八賞（伊豆の長八美術館）など多数受賞。
早稲田観音寺は、賢栄和尚が開山となり寛文13年（1673年）創建したといわれている。御府内八十八ヶ所霊場52番、豊島八十八ヶ所霊場52番、山の手三十三観音霊場14番札所である。水をテーマにデザインがなされ、屋根に降り注いだ雨水は、巨大なシルバーの雨樋に流れこみ、モノリスのような壁を貫き、花壷に注がれている。所在地：東京都新宿区西早稲田１丁目７−１　竣工：1996年

Designer Osamu Ishiyama is a native of Okayama Prefecture. He graduated from the Department of Architecture, School of Science and Engineering, Waseda University, and completed a Master's degree in Civil Engineering at the same university's Graduate School in 1968. He became a professor at Waseda University in 1988 and was promoted to Professor Emeritus in 2014. He has received numerous awards, including the Architectural Institute of Japan Award (Rias Ark Museum of Art) and the Yoshida Isoya Award (Chohachi Museum of Izu).
Waseda Kannonji Temple is said to have been founded in 1673 by the monk Ken'ei. It is the 52nd of the 88 sacred sites of the Imperial Palace, the 52nd of the 88 sacred sites of Teshima, and the 14th of the 33 Kannon Temples of Yamanote. The design is based on the theme of water, with rainwater pouring onto the roof flowing into a giant silver gutter, penetrating the monolith-like wall, and pouring into a flower vase.
