Assalamualaikum.. Today I want to share with Eid special Mutton curry.. This is my family's favorite Mutton curry or gravy.. It is prepared using simple ingredients, adding curry leaves to the gravy, makes the gravy so flavourful and unique in taste.. hope u will also like it..🙂
Mutton Marination:
Mutton 800 gram
salt to taste or 1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chillie powder or chillie paste
1/3rd cup yoghurt
For Making curry paste:
28 to 30 curry leaves
2 inch Cinnamon
6 to 7 cloves
12 to 15 cashew nuts
5 to 6 tbsp milk
For Making masala:
4 to 5 tbsp oil
2 medium size onion
2 green chillie
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 large tomatoe
1 /2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
coriander leaves
