chickpea brownie recipe:
chickpeas : 240 g
sourdough discard (unfed): 120 g
sweetener of choice (i did half maple syrup & half coconut sugar): 110 g
cocoa powder: 25 g
coconut oil or olive oil, melted: 28 g
milk of choice: 30–45 g
vanilla extract: 5 g
baking powder: 2 g
salt: 1 g
chocolate chips: 55 g
instructions
preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. line or spray an 8×8 in (20×20 cm) pan.
blend all ingredients except chocolate chips until completely smooth.
fold in chocolate chips.
spread batter evenly in pan.
bake 23–27 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
cool (or eat them immediately out of the oven like me) & enjoy!
