First episode of the new series, and we’re straight in at the deep end. VW Caddy 1.6 TDI, injector bolts snapped clean off. No drama, just drills, taps, and a bit of swearing. We get it sorted with 10mm inserts and crack on with a new rocker cover while we’re in there.
Then it’s over to a Volvo for a timing belt job, because why not throw more into the mix? And just when the dust starts to settle, Copart rock up to recover a written-off Zafira from the yard. Standard day, really.
This series is about showing what it actually looks like to become a mechanic. No filters, no fluff—just real jobs, real tools, and the occasional bit of chaos.
