This dish is not ramen.
It’s not paella either.
It’s just what happened in my kitchen that day.
I fried duck leg meat until golden, added onions, garlic, vegetables, and a vegetarian ramen powder. A bit of water, a slow simmer… then frozen seafood and shrimp. At the end, noodles went in and everything came together naturally.
It’s not perfect. And that’s the point.
Sometimes cooking doesn’t need a name or a goal. You don’t wait for perfection — you cook, you taste, and you move on.
