Baked apple ,cranraisen, pecan pie for the holiday, easy and delicious.

Описание: Pierce your pie shell with a fork and place in a preheated oven at 390 to 400 degrees,for about 3 to 4 minutes to take the raw texture out. Set on side. In a pan or bowl, place about 1 and a 1/4 pounds of frozen iqf apples that you microwave 5 minutes and let sit 15 minutes. place in a pan or deep bowl, there will be juices that come out, this juice contains natural pecten which is a thickening agent. Now add1 cup of cranraisens,1cup of pecans slightly broken,1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar,1/4 cup flour,1/4 to 1/2 cup cornstarch used 1/2 cup cornstarch because I like the filling thicker like pecan pie. Now add 1 rounded tablespoon ground cinnamon, and 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg. Add 1 cup real apple cider or apple juice and mix all together well. Let rest about 2 minutes and pour into your deep-dish pie crust. Split mixture between the two pies. Place a Pilsbury refrigerated pie topper over mixture. Trim off excess dough and use for leaves to make pie a little fancy. Brush with egg wash and wipe excess egg wash from top of pies. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes internal temperature of 160 degrees.
