Описание: Great Barbet is the largest among barbets and is the most colorful and beautiful barbet. It is a very shy species and often hides in a thick canopy. Found from the foothills to 3000 meters in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, this barbet is mainly frugivorous (fruit-eating) and is found in forests, orchards, and gardens.
