Led by Primal 7’s resident physical therapist, Jenna Ellis, this program focuses on alignment and how to stack your body in proper position. This series will progress to an advanced level; so we will be proficient in our movements from the beginning.
Video One is all about practicing perfect alignment. That means doing holds. No quick movements or reps – just getting comfortable in the positions.
After getting comfortable with Video One, you’ll advance to Video Two, which focuses on balance, and then to Video Three, which incorporates coordination. The program is designed to be completed at your own pace. Repeat each video as many times as you need to in order to feel strong, proficient and confident about moving forward.
