#TheBigStory | Commission on Elections (Comelec) spokesperson Atty. John Rex Laudiangco said the poll body’s decision to cancel the accreditation of the Duterte Youth party-list will become final and executory unless the Supreme Court issues a temporary restraining order (TRO).
He added that the reallocation of the group’s three seats in Congress will only be decided once the ruling takes effect.
