In Revenge of the Sith, during the scene where Mace Windu leads his team of Jedi Masters to confront and arrest Palpatine after Anakin revealed his identity as a Sith Lord, we see the Sith kill 3 Jedi Masters so easily. This doesn't make much sense from a movie standpoint, but if we dive deeper, using the comics, novelization, and lore, we can make perfect sense of the situation.
