燕子斑1條、薑少許、葱
清蒸燕子斑做法 /薑葱蒸燕斑做法
1.燕子斑洗淨，抺乾（預先在魚檔叫魚販劏好）。
2.葱切段，將一半葱段、薑片鋪在碟上，再放上燕子斑
3,煲滾一鍋水，放入燕子斑，以大火蒸8-10分鐘。
4.餘下一半葱，用义刮絲備用。
5.燕子斑蒸好拿出，放上葱花。
6..熱鑊落油，把豉油、糖及蒸魚汁，用中火煮滾。
7.淋上蒸魚豉油完成清蒸燕星斑 /薑葱蒸燕星斑
