1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp Chat masala
1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1 Cup Besan
2 - 3 Tbsp Rice Flour


For Chutney

1 Cups Radish Leaves
1 Cup Coriander Leaves
6 -7 Green Chillies
10-12 garlic cloves
1 tsp Salt
1 Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Water
1tsp Roasted Cumin Powder


Final Garnish

Radish
Tamarind chutney
