He's charged with disorderly conduct, assault, and resisting arrest, and in this short hearing, his behavior makes those charges feel very on point. From the start, the defendant is visibly frustrated - rolling his eyes and shaking his head as the judge explains the charges and conditions. When told he has a cash bond, he argues that he DESERVES a no-cash bond release, attempting to tell the judge what should happen. When an O.R. bond is denied, the hearing quickly escalates and ends with him yelling and cursing as he’s taken away.
