This is one of the baddest trucks around! It's a '34 Ford pickup that has a 1957 Oldsmobile Golden Rocket J2 371 cubic inch V8 mated with a Packard 3 speed manual gear box with overdrive! In 1957 the tri-powered J2 was outlawed from Grand National Nascar halfway through the season! They came stock with 312hp and 415lb/ft of torque! This one has a high performance cam, Mickey Thompson forged aluminum rods and pistons, and has been stroked and bored for a ton of power! There's also a new radiator, and the total CFM for the carburation is 870CFM! The rear end of the truck is a Ford 8.8 with 3:73 posi so you can really lay down the rubber! The frame has ASC rails, a C.E. cross member, C.E. parallel leafs, a SoCal 4 inch dropped axle, SoCal hair pins, Vega steering, and 1940 Ford front brakes. There's a really awesome sounding set of un-cappable side exit exhaust headers, Coker Classic wide white tires, very nice glass, a shortened bed, a channeled cab, and it sits just right! The interior is very simple, with a nicely upholstered bench seat, and a Stewart Warner speedometer and gauges. This truck is slated to appear in Rebel Rods magazine! It's super solid, built right, and completely hauls butt!
