Hundreds, especially students and youth groups, are gathering early at Rizal Park (Luneta), Manila on Sept. 21, 2025 for “Baha sa Luneta: Aksyon na Laban sa Korapsyon,” a rally protesting alleged corruption in flood control projects.
Organizers accuse government officials and contractors of misusing ₱1.9 trillion over the past 15 years through ghost and substandard flood control works.
