Through her own journey as a student, performer, athlete, and young changemaker, Srija Banerjee reflects on the silent pressures to be flawless and the emotional cost of constantly measuring up. Her talk highlights how true strength lies not in hiding imperfections, but in accepting them—because it is through our mistakes, self-doubt, and unfinished selves that empathy, resilience, and authenticity are born. Srija Banerjee is a student of Ashok Hall Girls’ Higher Secondary School and currently serves as the Vice Captain of Kaveri House. Trained in Indian classical and Western vocals since the age of three, her journey reflects discipline, expression, and growth. A top eight finalist at Miss Teen Diva 2024, a member of the Teen Fact-Checking Network, an actor in short films and stage productions, and a gold medalist at an International Karate Competition, Srija’s life is a mosaic of diverse pursuits.
