This is my version of Vanishing Oatmeal Cookies
1/2cup brown sugar
3/4 cup olive oil
4 large eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups oatmeal
1cup raisins
Procedure:
Mix all the wet ingredients together with the brown sugar. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, oats and the raisins. Mix all the ingredients well. Drop dough into ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
