Full, One hour Pilates class with a foam roller. Starting with standing warm up challenging the balance, lubricating our joints and getting the body ready for the main phase.
WarmUp followed by Lying exercises, Working our back on our tummy, core planking and from all four positions, and more abdominal work from your back, including foam roller underneath your body. Extra core work as well as extra concentration to keep you in a zone and forget about the day to day stuff, completely switching off and meditating through mindful movement.
