📝Creative Exercises:
1️⃣Explore what you believe this person represents for you. What do I think they can give me that I’m not giving myself? In what moments do I feel most seen, heard, and valued? How can I create more of these experiences for myself?
2️⃣Write a letter to your inner child. Address the version of yourself who first experienced those feelings of unworthiness. At its core, it’s a longing. Reassure your inner child that they are loved, seen, and worthy without needing outside validation. Share what you’ve learned as an adult about love, self-worth, and healing.
3️⃣Write down all the ways you can give yourself love, like self-care practices, hobbies, or affirmations. Commit to one act of self-love each day for at least a week and then make it a habit.
4️⃣Instead of obsessing over someone else, shift that energy inward. Do things that make you feel alive, whole, and fulfilled. The more you love and accept yourself, the less you’ll seek it from sources outside of yourself♥
