WORLD'S BEST CREPES? Brazilian "Crepiocas" Tapioca Crepes Changed my Life.

Описание: Are Crepiocas the world's best crepe? At least they are my new favorite crepe. You don't have to be a master chef to follow this tasty "Crepiocas" recipe. I barely know what I'm doing. Thankfully, tapioca crepes are hard to mess up.

While traveling in Manaus (The Amazon) my friend introduced me to delicious Brazilian tapioca crepes also called "crepiocas." Native to Brazil, tapioca flour is starch from the roots of the cassava plant. This simple recipe became one of my go-to breakfast foods. Cassava flour is used in many traditional Brazilian foods, including the famous "pão de queijo" (cheesebread).

I tried to re-create these crepes back in the U.S. The quality as divine because I couldn't get fresh tapioca flour, which has a short shelf-life.
