Sheng Song market is a very common area for residents in the East to shop for their raw ingredients, especially seafood, where they can get it fresh, just out of the water.
Other eateries, like KFC and FoodFare (a food court) are alternatives to the popular hawker centre, where it floods with people from all over Singapore everyday.
The Bedok Central hawker centre provides many varieties of food, ranging from every race and religion. Especially during lunchtime, there is usually difficulty in finding any free seats. However, the hawker centre is soon to be demolished and the area is to be used to build a Bedok Hub, and we will miss the foods and amny memories shared here.
Bedok Point is a new food paradise where it is filled with different foods. Although it does not have as many choices as in the hawker centre, it is still a pleasant place to have meals due to the increasing popularity of fast food among youths.
