Описание: Axiom GB Ltd has been supplying conveyor based material handling systems for over 25 years. This short montage shows how the combination of zero line pressure (ZLP) or zero pressure and belt conveyors can handle boxed product efficiently.

By applying a unique LPN label (licence plate number) to the box or case, allows tracking throughout the process through to the despatch dock.

Inline quality control (QC) can be easily incorporated, such as weigh checking, to ensure the box has the correct products packed. Automated printing and adding of advice or despatch notes can be easily incorporated.

Further automation could be height reduction, minimising the number of case blanks SKU's required, but still ensuring the shipped box is the the minimum volume to the contents, saving on shipping costs.
