Does Old Resin Still Work

Can resin left in a vat for over a year still print? In this video, I run a head-to-head test comparing brand new resin, old resin that sat untouched for 12+ months, and a 50/50 mix of the two. I print a validation matrix with multiple layer cure times to see how each performs—and the results might surprise you.

This is a follow-up to my previous video on saving old resin by remixing or blending it. Today, we go deeper with a full test setup, including cleaning the printer, changing the FEP film, and running identical prints across all resin types.
