One ride a year. That’s the tradition.
I’m Martin Velits, and with my brother Peter, both former pros and now running Isadore, we try to keep a simple tradition alive: one proper ride every year with our dad, Laco.
Most years, around Father’s Day, we manage to pull off one proper ride, just the three of us. Same old roads, same old jokes, same old legs (just a bit slower now).
For us, it’s more than just a ride. It’s a thank you to the guy who got us into cycling in the first place, our dad.
But today isn’t just about fathers. It’s about anyone who helped you fall in love with bikes.
