We hope you are all well.

It’s been an emotional week for us, with Rupert being incredibly unsettled and upset. We hope it’s due to a 6-week growth spurt, but we are chatting to some medical professionals this week to see if there is any further support we can give him.

This tough period has made us appreciate friends and family so much more, and we have been reflecting on the kind of parents we want to be, and what we have learnt from our own parents and grandparents.

For both of us, our grandparents have had a profound impact on our lives. It makes us sad to think three of them will never meet Rupert, but we’ll make sure their values live on.

And so, Ed Sheeran’s new single Visiting Hours, provides the perfect lyrics to remember those who have left us.

It’s been a while since we recorded a Jamie and Megan cover, so we hope you enjoy it.

As a side note, thank you to everyone who has left us a lovely, positive comment lately. They really cheer us up and we often read them in the middle of the night when Rupert is settling back down to sleep.
