For high school recruits it’s really not that big of a conversation which surprised me a lot. High school players want to know about the resources, what kind of NIL programs the school has — but most of them aren’t going in demanding any type of money.

Now in the transfer portal — that’s where things change. Most of the coaches I’ve talked to say when they talk to a player in the transfer portal it’s almost always about NIL and money.
