Duck breast scored, seared, and seasoned with Purely Seasoning Original, fresh cracked black pepper, and Chinese five spice.
Score the skin side, pat dry, hit it with OG seasoned salt and black pepper. Flip skin side down and coat with Chinese five spice. Sear skin side down for 4-5 min in skillet over medium-high heat, skin up for 2-3. Internal temp of 130-135° F for medium rare. This stuff melts in your mouth. 🤤
