The TRX Clock Press is a slight progression on the chest press as will challenge your levels of stability further and work the core and shoulders more.
For this video we will be working on the clock face numbers 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11 and you will really see where your strengths and weaknesses are. Perform one number on the clock per press and aim to keep your body as stable as possible.
