Jillian Michaels is here in The Biggest Loser game for the Wii to do some yoga! Graphics may not be much, but the workouts here do the job if you put in the effort.
The daily journey to lose weight and be healthy through fitness video games. Hypertension could get to me anytime the doctor said so I really have to adhere to this plan until I can burn off at least 50 lbs. I'm documenting it to both help keep myself accountable and maybe motivate others in my same position to do the same.
