For 1 Sponge:
1/2 cup powder sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
less than 1/4 cup ( 40 gram ) melted butter
3/4 cup ( 100 gram) all purpose flour ( maida)
2-3 tbsp milk powder ( around 1/4 cup ) ( optional - or u can add less amount)
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vinegar
We need 2 sponge for this recipe, so above amount will be dobles.
Frosting:
around 300 gram whipping cream
200 gram white compound chocolate
30 gram dark compound chocolate
water and 2 tsp sugar for sugar syrup.
Toping:
any chocolates of your choice, chocolate shavings, cherries etc.
