Описание: ANTIDOTE FILMS Footage of Franco ("Koni Ya Bonganga") & Tabu Ley ("Celicia") performing at Zaire '74 in Kinshasa. The musicians in the street are SYMBA, performing a bolero entitled "Patisa". Musicians in Symba: Vocals: Rocky Lisaso Mawatu and Antmo Mawatu; Lead guitarist (& leader of band): July Cuivre Nawesi (tall guy); Bassist: Garincha Kinzanza; Drummer: Mule Martin; and tumba: Simon Maxim. [from: "SOUL POWER"]. ANTIDOTE FILMS, the film makers, have more extended footage of much of the concert (including Zaiko Langa Langa), but don't have any plans to release it in the near future (due to licensing costs and limited commercial interest). But as film director Jeffrey Levy-Hinte said in an interview: "the vast majority of the material has still not been used. There may be a whole other movie in there." Let's hope it gets made!
