THIS IS NOT IN-GAME. This track is from an event on deltarune.com called the "Spamton Sweepstakes", or "$pamton $weepstakes" that took place from 3PM EST on September 17th, and ended at 3PM EST on September 18th. It was a partnership between Toby Fox and Fangamer, as Spamton also took over Fangamer's Twitter.
The event lasted for a full 24 hours and there were raffle prizes and merchandise that you could bid on in order to support the Child's Play charity. It raised $322,805.68 for the charity in total, including the initial charity, the "Freedom" and "Silence" poll, and the bidding on the Giant Golden Berdly Statue and The Mona Spamton.
These songs were scattered all across the site, some places are obvious, while a handful needed to be brute forced by checking a ton of different URLs for the site.
