117ci Stage 2 Lowrider S / New Screamin Eagle 2-1 / ZIPPERS Cam

Описание: The new 117ci Lowrider S gets the all new Screamin' Eagle 2 into 1 Exhaust & a STG 2 cam from Zippers. Once installed, it's onto the dyno to exactly how the new 2-1 exhaust from SE performs.
This Cam from Zippers looks good on paper so what better way to find out just how it goes in the real world.
Follow along as I strip the bike down from stock & build it up to the stage 2 configuration.

You will see me chop out the stock pushrods with bolt cutters. The reason for this is because the bike is brand new & there is no need to go in & check out any of the engine top end for wear & tear or any possible replacement parts including top end engine breathers.
This process proves to be a cost saving for the customer & in turn, allows for more precise adjustment of the hydraulic lifter preload by using the adjustable pushrods.

Some scenes & shots have been edited out to keep the video from becoming slow or boring. Some clips that are not shown are the installation of the upgraded full complement cam bearing, warm up & run in of the cam & the cruise speed tuning to keep the bike running as economically as possible.
