Top Down Tutorial in Gamemaker #15 Enemy Spawners

At the end of this series the player will shoot enemies with his bow, and even throw bombs to deal area of effect damage. The enemies will have path finding algorithms, and we'll add visual effects to make a cool game you can show your friends.

** What will I learn? **
In this tutorial we continue our top down journey towards Gauntlet as we add an enemy spawner similar to what is in the original Gauntlet game. We also balance the difficulty for the player, fix a bug in the Visual code, add a few more sound effects, add an in view function so we can effectively disable off screen objects and demonstrate a nice animation the spawner can play when an enemy appears.
