Trains Hua Lamphong SRT Main Train Station Bangkok, Thai class 158 & Fly Shunting, Thailand Aug 2016

Описание: This video feature footage of meter gauge Government run State Railway of Thailand (SRT) trains in and around Hua Lamphong Train Station in Bangkok (สถานีกรุงเทพ) taken over the course of an hour on an August afternoon 2016. Hua Lamphong is the main station with trains (including sleeper trains - popular with holiday tourists) leaving to destinations like Chiang Mai in the north

It starts with footage north of the station where the passengers trains are stabled and shunted. It shows them fly shunting the passenger coaches as they form trains ready to push into the station

Also shown is a BR (BREL) built 3 car class 158 DMU heading north out the station area (at 8m 24sec)

There is also footage in the station itself

Finally there are views of the old 1935 Hitachi steam engine which is on display at the station and some views of the adjacent works (including more Thai Railways class 158 DMU stock)
