I know there are quite a few versions of this song and the Everlife version wasn't the original. But given the fact that Chipwrecked used a lot of early 2000's songs and Everlifes instrumental sounded closer to Chipwrecked's version compared to the other versions from the 50s and 90s, I think it's safe to say Chipwrecked based their version off Everlifes.
Anyway, needless justification aside, I had my doubts when listening to both versions but as it was coming together, I really started to like this mashup. Hopefully you all like it too.
