In this presentation Dr Mike Rogerson discusses the work he has led into Blockchain, Visibility and Compliance. The context is supply chain focussed, but more broadly considers the human and environmental risks that Blockchain may help address. Case examples are drawn from Mining and Chocolate. The work particularly examines how the different technologies can be used to provide visibility and traceability in order to meet legislative requirement.
The work was presented to UK Government as part of their work towards creating an international single trade window to ease border logistics.
