The Glitch World in Look Outside 2.01

Описание: Look Outside 2.01 changed the small area you entered when playing the unlabeled cartridge in Spine's room to a much larger glitched area. This includes a good number of curious critters, equipment, and items.

It's a bit of a maze with keys to open some side areas but if you're just going for the will you can get there without any of them. I couldn't find a second black key so that led to a choice of opening the small room with the slime (which has nothing unique) or opening the shortcut.

There are some glitched debuffs that can be tough to remove since they require normal debuffs to remove (poison to remove glitched poison, for example) although the glitched medication will also remove them. The most dangerous debuff makes your character in a glitched state where you can take actions but will get the message "X is dead" (and they will count as dead for determining a battle loss).

I had collected the will in 2.0 for my main save so it was already taken clearing the area so 18:12 shows where it is.
