Shimano Bantam 100- A Vintage Classic!!!

Описание: The Shimano Bantam 100 is both a legendary and highly desirable baitcasting reel. I purchased it at a local flea market and the guy selling it obviously had no idea of the history. Whoever buys this beautiful example will get to own a piece of history. Here is the text from the Shimano website describing the reel when it was first introduced.

Bantam 100
The first model was released with the slogan “ultra-precision compact baitcasting reel.” It featured an ultra-precision design spool, which prevented even a No. 2 line from becoming caught, and a fine-adjustment drag mechanism, which prevented seizure. It was equipped with a spool release button, which allowed only the spool to rotate freely, and other functions.
