If you have purchased your Hizero already, this video is essential to show you how to maintain it.

As a vacuum service center, we constantly see all different types of models of vacuums and mops that come in with issues. The main reason: is lack of maintenance.

All wet & dry vacuum/mops need to be maintained. If you do, they will last a very long time.

Here are some easy things to maintain on your Hizero:

Tanks - Clean all your tanks, especially the dirty water tank after each use.
Dry Dirt - Always toss the Dry dirt to prevent unwanted science experiments from occurring. You can also buy the trays to help make cleaning easier.

Cleaning Roller - clean it after each use, or every few uses. You might want to own two so that you can have one ready to go, while one is being cleaned.

Filter - I know it doesn't look like a typical filter but it needs to be cleaned. Did yours accidentally fall down the sink? No worries text us so we can get one out to you.

Sink Drain - This will get clogged with hair and debris, so clean it often!

Brush Roller - Remove hair from the roller and its bearings.

Wheels - Hair can get caught there too, make sure you are clearing it out.

The better you maintain your unit, the longer it will last.
