The Best Apple Pie Ever 🥧✨ You Won’t Believe How Good This Is
Sweet, buttery, and perfectly spiced — this homemade apple pie is an absolute showstopper 😮💨

Ingredients:
Double pie crust
Granny Smith Apples: 2 1/4 lbs
Cinnamon: 1 Tbsp
Unsalted Butter: 8 Tbsp
All-Purpose Flour: 3 Tbsp
Water: 1/4 cup
Granulated Sugar: 1 cup
Egg Wash: 1 egg + 1 Tbsp water
Directions:
Prepare pie crust according to recipe and chill. Preheat oven to 425˚F.
Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in 3 Tbsp flour and cook 1 minute.
Stir in 1/4 cup water and 1 cup sugar, bring to boil, simmer 3 minutes, whisking frequently. Remove from heat.
Roll bottom crust to 12-inch circle, transfer to 9-inch pie plate, add apple filling. Keep edges clear.
Roll second crust to 11-inch circle, cut 10 strips, and weave into lattice on top.
Brush top with egg wash.
Bake at 425˚F for 15 minutes, then reduce to 350˚F and bake 45 minutes until apples are tender and filling bubbles.
Cool 1 hour before serving.
