How to: Fine-tune shifting

1. To improve shifting from a smaller cog to a larger cog (inboard shifting), turn the barrel adjuster counter-clockwise in one-click increments to add tension and move the pulley inboard.
2. To improve shifting from a larger cog to a smaller cog (outboard shifting), turn the barrel adjuster clockwise in one-click increments to remove tension and move the derailleur outboard.
