Today Kristin does a drive through tour of Starlight Ranch in Godley, TX so you can get the full experience of all the neighborhood has to offer! Starlight Ranch is broken up into 3 phases, with homes currently ranging from $400s - $600s on 1 - 2 acre lots. This subdivision commands the highest prices in Godley with custom builds showcasing Modern Farmhouse and Hill Country style exteriors, top of the line features and high end finishes.

First up, Phase 1, which mainly consists of homes on Starlight Ranch Rd and Northstar Ct built in 2016-2017. You’ll notice every home has a different style, so no two homes are alike. At the top of Northstar Ct, you can see the hills and farmland surrounding the neighborhood which gives peaceful, quiet views and surroundings.

Something to note about Phase 1, when homes were being built in 2016 - 2017, they were selling for about $140-$145 a square foot. Keep this in mind as we tour newer phases of Starlight Ranch because property values have significantly increased!

9011 Northstar Ct is our Phase 1 home highlight - a Blake Freeman build. The finishes and detail of this house are spectacular, and it truly has a rustic, custom feel. Just a few of the features we look at are an open floor plan, wood plank details, reclaimed wood floors, recessed and vaulted ceilings, top of the line kitchen with custom cabinets, vent hood, and a teal island. The master is also breathtaking with the massive walk in closet, wall to wall tile, architectural details and high end finishes. The outdoor patio is a great extension of the interior and features wall to wall windows, a fireplace, kitchen and stunning views.
