Cricketer-turned-politician Navjot Singh Sidhu, who has been sentenced to a one-year term in a 1988 road rage case, and Punjabi pop singer Daler Mehndi, who is serving a two-year jail term in a 2003 human trafficking case, have been sharing common cell in Patiala's jail.
They have been lodged in barrack number 10 of Patiala's central jail.
