Where Winds Meet | Yi Dao Abyss Trial | No Hit Run

Описание: Yi Dao Trial challenge on Abyss difficulty, is one of the most challenging trials I had to do. He's a hard counter to my hyper aggressive playstyle and required me to be more defensive and methodic with my approach. Which made me realize why the Thunder Cry blade was recommended for this challenge. Tank builds are not my cup of tea. Yes, I realize how powerful they are, but the switch from Bamboocut Wind to Stonesplit Might was not an easy one. Yi Dao can muscle through most attacks and only Thunder Cry Blades charge hits would knock him down. The only thing that kept tripping me up was his area of effect attack, where flashes gold and slings slashes put in Sphere around him. It catches you, and drags you into more hits before he finishes it with a red slash that can be deflected. That move ended my run on more times than I care to admit (17).

This was the recommended build on the challenge, so anyone can mimic what I do. Shield up time is very important, don't get greedy with charge attacks. Watch out for his gold flash moves. Dragon's Breath him to death.
