Carol Karthe, owner and designer of The Bird House in Laguna believes that your home is an extension of your personality. Entering the giant, slanted front door will usher you inside a double volume space that opens up all the way to the golf course views ahead. Deliberately placing her room facing the east, Karthe gets woken up early and slowly as the sun rises through the window facing her bed.
The home is equipped with everything you need to relax after a long day - a fireplace (it does get chilly at times), a sauna, a swimming pool and a wine cellar.
