"The Big Bend," a building that calls to mind a paper clip designed by Ioannis Oikonomou of Olio architecture studio, could sit right on billionaire's row, on West 57th Street Manhattan if the plans are greenlighted.
The design is unique for NYC. The building curves in a U shape and the elevator in the building would not go up and down. It would travel in curves, horizontally, and in continuous loops.
Sibile caught up with Christopher Clowdus of Cooper & Cooper real estate on West 57th Street to talk about the design.
"Nothing like this exists in NYC yet or any place else for that matter," Clowdus said.
