Laser Engraved Cufflinks | Laser Engraved Tie Bars | Acrylic Mirror

Описание: This week we're laser engraving cufflinks, tie bars and lapel pins made from our TroGlass Mirror Acrylic on our Speedy 360 FLEXX laser engraving machine.

For our mirror gold acrylic, we've used our Fiber laser on the FLEXX machine, while the cut was done with the CO2 laser. We've spray painted the back with black paint (but you can paint with any colour).

For our silver and rose gold acrylic, we've laser cut and contoured (0.005") two acrylic layers for an inlay.

**LASER SETTINGS**
Laser: Trotec Speedy 360 FLEXX (CO2 and Fiber) - 80w
CO2 Engraving: 65 power, 100 speed, -0.12 z-offset
Fiber Engraving: 40 power, 100 speed
CO2 Cutting: 100 power, 0.8 speed
